Einstürzende Neubauten – Grundstück Concert
A rare fix of Einstürzende Neubauten for fans like me who hunger endlessly for fresh material. These clips were filmed November 4, 2004 at the Palast Der Republik, former headquarters of the GDR. At the time of the show, the building was already in the process of being taken down and was totally demolished after the EN concert. The legend of ‘collapsing new buildings’ lives on. You must perpetuate it. On a purr-sonal note, I’m dyin’ here! Blixa looks fabulous, and in beautiful voice. He does this thing with the mic, lips lock on, and I… can’t talk about it! Sigh! What a tall cool drink of water! Enjoy this fantastic live installation of Neubauten.

This is great, probably a bit too experimental to buy on cd, but I’m thinking about buying some of the Musterhaus albums which are availiable on the official site now.

I love the behind the scenes clips. Wonderful to watch EN construct their music. This is priceless, from 1999, with Blixa sucking on a balloon!

Einstürzende Neubauten – Alles [Live, Palast Der Republik 2004] Alex plays with the vibrator.
Hilarious commentary on the PDR DVD as the band watches this scene. Blixa opines that a dildo has to have at least 2 batteries before it can be called a vibrator. Alex thinks it doesn’t matter. 
I pissed myself laughing over it. Great song, however!!!
