Mick Harvey to support Neubauten’s Australia gigs

The one and only Mick Harvey will support Einstürzende Neubauten for the hallowed avant-industrial German group’s three-date February tour around ATP’s ‘I’ll Be Your Mirror’ weekend. Accompanying Harvey will be violinist/guitarist JP Shilo (Hungry Ghosts, Adalita) and double bassist Rosie Westbrook (Tim Rogers, Spencer P Jones. Harvey’s relationship with Einstürzende Neubauten frontman Blixa Bargeld includes both of their past membership in The Birthday Party and The Bad Seeds.

Fri, Feb 22 – Enmore Theatre, Sydney, NSW
Sat, Feb 23 – Tivoli, Brisbane, QLD

  1. will be interesting to see what mick, rosie and jp cook up for the EN shows. i was at the brightspace gig and it was great. rosie and jp did some solo stints and then all 3 played together. truly special. i was glad i witnessed it.
